It is wonderful to see that some chose to participate in Earth hour. I think that is a bit different from forcing others to save energy. Now the war on Iraq makes sense to me. The reason of our war was not the WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) but rather forcing Iraqis to save energy. Their government (which we support) provides them with 2 to 3 hours of power daily (some more some less) hence we are saving the earth from 21 to 22 hours of Electricity usage daily. To prove that we are very serious about earth, we also managed to raise the oil price in an oil producing country, to prevent Iraqis from using Electricity producing Diesel generators. Now, who can deny that saving on energy saves the earth?
