As a Massachusetts resident, I could not have been more excited to hear this news. Wednesday, November 14 has been declared “Reusable Bag Day” in the state of Massachusetts. This is just the first step though, as a plastic bag ban is being considered in the state. Read the full Boston Globe Article written by Senator Brian A. Joyce here.
Finally! First San Francisco, then talks in New Haven, and now Massachusetts. It’s great to see the government starting to ban things to help the good of both man and earth!
Sadly, too many people do not understand that EVERYTHING revolves around the environment. Earth should be priority number 1 for everyone. If we don’t take care of it, there will be no Earth. And with no Earth, there will be no us.
To celebrate this exciting step, STAY VOCAL has lowered the prices considerably on all ReUse Shopping Bags through Wednesday. So, if you don’t have a reusable shopping bag yet, please get one today. Stop letting things happen and MAKE things happen.
And remember, OUR bags are big, durable, washable, sweatshop free, and made in the USA.
